If during checkout you choose to pay by check, you may mail it to the address below, drop it at the front office at Perry Harrison Elementary, or (if you have a student at Perry Harrison) send it in an envelope marked "Fuel Up" in your child's folder. Please make checks payable to "Fuel Up at PHS".
